Composition

Each Vial Contains:

Pantoprazole Sodium (Sterile)

eq. to Pantoprazole    40 mg.

(As Lyophilized Powder)

Dosage: As directed by the Physician.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry & dark place. Protected from light

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Reconstitute the content of vial with 10 ml.

Sodium Chloride Injection I.P. included in this pack. Prick the ampoule of Sodium Chloride injection only once and discard the ampoule. The reconstituted solution should be used immediately after preparation.

CAUTION: If any foreign particles is visible in vial after dissolving the contents, please do not use and retum for replacement
